PAN2848 - Building of 38 affordable homes - HRA Phase 2 Saffron Lane

Saffron Lane was initially procured at the end of May 2022, however, the Principal Contractor appointed ceased trading in September 2022. Leicester City Council (LCC) wishes to procure another suitable principal contractor from an open tender process as part of a single stage tender to design and build 38nr. affordable units and associated work on land at the rear of Hawkins Road off Saffron Lane. The contract is expected to last for no longer than 18 months.
