Description

Decarbonisation Engineering Services Main Works at London Wing, Croydon Hospital This procurement is being run as an open FTS procedure under PA23. The procurement process is described in detail in the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) document. The tender submission deadline is 10am on 29th Sep. The clarification deadline is 5pm on 22nd Sep. Site visits should be arranged with Jake Patching - jakepatching@nhs.net (NB no dot between jake and patching). Please download the tender documents ASAP and assess whether you wish to bid. If you cannot access the documents at all or are having a problem with the Atamis Tender Portal, e-mail me direct outside the portal. If you have a problem with only some of the documents or have a clarification question, send me a message over the Atamis portal. If you have accessed this competition via Contract Finder or FTS, then you should note that the competition is being run on the NHS Atamis Health Tender Portal. You will need to log in to your Atamis Health account and search for the competition number (C385596), register interest and download the docs. If your company does not have an Atamis Health account, you will need to go to this URL and set up an account - https://atamis-1928.my.site.com It is very easy to do. Please look at these documents first - ITT in the Procurement Docs Folder Supplier Questionnaire in the Procurement Docs Folder Preliminaries Doc in the Part 2 Folder BMCG Project Summary in Appendix H Please note that this procurement has pass/fail criteria (which are specified in the ITT). You should assure yourself that you expect to pass these criteria, before doing a lot of work on the tender response. Ref Open Tender Process Although this is an open tender, past experience leads us to believe that we will receive a maximum of 6 responses from bidders that pass the pass/fail criteria. If you submit a competitive response, you have a good chance of winning. Ref Extensions Due to the very tight funding-caused timelines for this procurement, we are unlikely to be able to grant any extension to the submission deadline. If you absolutely must request an extension, please request one very early in the tender response period, and give a very good reason.
