The company/partnership/sole trader HAS fulfilled all obligations relating to the payment of taxes. Business regulated by the appropriate national regulatory body, such as the UK Prudential Regulation Authority / Financial Conduct Authority

Business undertaken three contracts, in any combination from either the public or private sector, that are relevant / equivalent to the authority's requirement in the provision of general insurance. Contracts for supplies or services should have been performed during the past five years.
