Golding Homes is pleased to invite suitably experienced and qualified contractors to submit tenders for the provision of comprehensive pest control services across our extensive portfolio of residential properties. The appointed contractor will play a critical role in maintaining and safeguarding the structural integrity of our housing stock, which is essential to ensuring the long-term durability of our assets and the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents.
