Description

Please be advised that this is an advertisement notice only with no subsequent procurement exercise planned. The D2N2 Local Authorities (Derby City Council, Derbyshire County Council, Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire County Council) are considering reopening their D2N2 Supported Accommodation Framework which may also include adding an additional service (Lot). Please note, there is no guarantee the Framework will be reopened as this is subject to scoping, benchmarking and stakeholder engagement. We are keen to engage with existing D2N2 Supported Accommodation Framework providers and other providers who are fully Ofsted registered to deliver supported accommodation services, specifically solo accommodation providing onsite support, who may be interested in joining the Framework if it were to be reopened. The Framework currently comprises 4 Lots of services as specified below: LOT 1 - Solo Provision with Intensive Support • Staff on site up to 24 hours a day • Waking night support as required LOT 2 - Shared Provision with Intensive Support • Staff on site up to 24 hours a day • Waking night support as required LOT 3 - Solo Provision with Visiting Support • Solo accommodation • Visiting support LOT 4 - Shared Provision with Visiting Support • Shared accommodation • Visiting support The D2N2 Local Authorities are hosting a provider engagement event to determine the following: • Does Lot 1 of the D2N2 Supported Accommodation Framework still meet the needs of the D2N2 Local Authorities? • Is it compliant with the new supported accommodation Ofsted regulations? • Can Lot 1 feasibly be delivered by providers? Provider Engagement Event details: Date: Wednesday 16th July 2025 Time: 2PM - 4.15PM Venue: Matlock, Derbyshire Qualifying attendance criteria: Please note there are a limited number of spaces available at this event. If you are not an existing D2N2 Supported Accommodation Framework provider, your organisation must meet the following qualifying criteria to secure an invite and spaces will be allocated on a 'first come, first served basis'. • Be in possession of a supported accommodation Ofsted certificate • Have at least one property within the D2N2 footprint (i.e. within Derbyshire and/or Nottinghamshire) • Have an established supported accommodation staff team If you satisfy this qualifying attendance criteria you will be invited to attend the event, and full details will be forwarded to you. Pre-event questionnaire: Completion and submission of one of the attached pre-event questionnaires is a pre-requisite to event attendance. Completed questionnaires must be emailed to kerry.eames@derby.gov.uk by 5PM on Thursday 10th July 2025.
