Reward Services - CQC Pay Flex Case External Support

This is a Contract Award Notice. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) require the Reward Services for extensive benchmarking and pay comparator work, that aligns with our internal research, through partnership working supported and advised with the building of a capability-based pay framework, developing capability descriptors (all grades and levels), policy and process for pay progression and independent Equality Impact Assessment at multiple stages. This procurement was undertaken following the Single tender action (below threshold) process. The Contract is awarded for an initial period of 3 Months with an option to extend for up to 6 Months. Total Awarded Value is maximum of all charges including any optional contract extensions. Contract Reference: CQC RCCO 129
