Provision of a Corporate Automatic Call Distribution System & Associated Services

Leicester City Council is seeking suppliers with a proven track record in providing an Automatic Call Distribution system. The Council requires qualified suppliers who have experience of providing a large ACD system to accommodate the Council's needs. The system will need to integrate with the Council's Microsoft Lync telephony system.
