RPH - Service Desk System

The current service desk system contract at Royal Papworth is coming to an end, therefore a new contract is required as there is no option for renewal or extension on the current contract. This procurement was run under RM1557.13 - G-Cloud 13 , and the applicable terms of contract are G-Cloud 13 T&C'S. G-Cloud 13 was the preferred route to market as it allowed for consideration of many Suppliers against stakeholder needs whilst also considering the incumbent Supplier. It is also a well known and trusted framework operator (CCS).
